Time 4 Ending Hemp Prohibition!
Richard Brumfield's END OF PROHIBITION prediction
ends with a 'NO-SHOW' and Jodie Emery in the spotlight
on 'Time 4 Hemp - LIVE!'
on 'Time 4 Hemp - LIVE!'
For immediate release: 11/03/11
Richard Brumfield spent several days lobbying to be a featured guest on the highly acclaimed radio show 'Time 4 Hemp - LIVE!' so as to announce the details of heading-up a government agency that would bring forward the end of marijuana prohibition in the United States. He stated that cannabis clinical trials would begin under his supervision starting 11/05/11 and that he would be working with NIDA and that Vice President Joseph Biden had appointed him to take charge of the government marijuana farms in Mississippi. When the much publicized broadcast began on 11/05/11 - over a million and a half people tuned in world wide to hear what this man promised to share with the host, Casper Leitch, and Joint-host, Paul Stanford and guests, Carl Olsen and Ed Rosenthal. None of the men were surprised when Brumfield was an unannounced 'NO-SHOW.
Leitch, on short notice, produced an amazing program in spite of the last minute cancellation. During the first segment of the show, Paul Stanford spoke about the work going on in Oregon to Tax and Regulate Marijuana and Carl Olsen focused on the need to remove the plant from the list of Schedule One Narcotics and Ed Rosenthal focused on the economics of prohibition. After the first break, the conversation caught a breath of fresh air when Jodie Emery (Canadian Hemp Activists and wife of jailed hemp businessman, Marc Emery) joined the conversation.
Jodie Emery has emerged as a Global Hemp Ambassador on behalf of her husband. During the rest of the program she reminded listeners how it was that her husband (nick-named 'The Prince Of Pot' due to his dedication to ending prohibition) ended up in an American prison when the marijuana seed business he was engaged in and paid large sums of taxes on became a source of agitation to the US Justice Department. Together they have fought these charges and now focus on his early release.
According to Leitch; "President Obama' is the very definition of negative 'Bait and Switch. This guy rode into office with the promise to end the raids on medical marijuana patients and dispensary suppliers and leave those matters to the states that had begun to allow for that. Now, as he starts to beg to be allowed to keep his job, his record is worse than that of the Bush administration in arrest and harassment and the majority of the marijuana movement has turned their back on him. In a desperate attempt to secure that vote, he has stated that he had "no clue those raids were happening on his watch! That those raids were at the direction of state and local officials" - but in all honesty, the public is too smart to swallow that lie."
Leitch continued; "I am proud to say the program has more backbone than President Obama does. His website recently posted the 'White House Official Statement On Marijuana' which says that marijuana has no medical value along with more than a dozen false and silly reasons to maintain this prohibition; and AGAIN - in a desperate attempt to re-gain the huge voting block that the marijuana movement represents - Obama has stated that he is NOT responsible for the contents that are released on his website."
Leitch concluded; "Prohibition DOES need to end and end quickly. It is bankrupting our country and depriving us of millions of jobs found in creating the 50,000 different products that can be made from hemp. This plant is the world's biggest cash-crop. Right now it funnels trillions of dollars into the pockets of the black market. That money could be going into the paychecks of working Americans and into the hands of Uncle Sam in the form of tax revenue. I would encourage everyone to research this information on their own and share what they learn with their friends. I would also encourage people to help FREE MARC EMERY and to let the world know that it really IS Time 4 Hemp!
